It's funny.
The more you do it the less you hurt.
But, at that time it doesnt seem so.
Running.
Running really hurts.
I had my 4 lap run yesterday ( almost a mile ) and im going to run my mile on friday. My four lap time was 6 minutes and 35 seconds so im aiming for a 8 - 9 minute mile time. My previous mile run time was about 10 minutes........
Im just hoping ill do well on my mile run.
